Usage
The service is free of cost but it requires users to sign up for a free account. The registration process is really simple and straight forward. Just fill in the required details and click on Get Started button.
After registration, you will be redirected to your Invoice Bubble dashboard from where you can manage invoices, estimates, clients and contacts. But before you proceed with the invoice creation process, it would be better to update your profile and complete details about yourself and your company. Click on My Account and update your profile information, regional settings and other relevant details.
Lets move on now. To create an invoice, just click on Create An Invoice button.
You can specify the date, name of client, payment method, due date and other relevant information about the invoice.
It will create your invoice where you can specify the type of work (Item), its quantity and the total amount. You can even mention the description of the work and other related information. Basically, you can add anything which has a small pen icon. You also get options edit client, send the invoice to client or download the invoice to your PC in PDF format.
You can even manage your clients using Invoice Bubble. Just go to Clients tab and click on Add Client button. Fill in the required details such as company name, contact person, contact number and other relevant information about your client.

Invoice Bubble is available to use for free but with advertisements which contains all the features present in the paid version. But if you don’t like ads and want to use the service ad free and without Invoice Bubble link in you invoices, you can sign up for a paid plan for $5/month.

Invoice Bubble is an excellent application for all Freelancers and even business owners, who want to create professional invoices, send them to their clients and manage payments easily.
